Please submit 20 to 40 horizontal JPG format photographs of your property via email to info@epiclocations.com. The pictures should include images of the front and back exterior and the larger main rooms of the house, such as the living room, kitchen, den, primary bedroom, etc. You can submit the photographs as individual files or use a ZIP file. Alternatively, you can upload the photographs to platforms such as Dropbox or Google Drive and share the link with us.
If you don't have professional photographs, don't worry. At no cost or obligation to you, a company representative will visit your property to become familiar with the different specifics and photograph your property. We will then upload the photos into our database for easy viewing. As client inquiries come in that are appropriate for your property, we will contact you and let you know the project's specifics. We will offer our extensive knowledge and suggest a fair rate based on each project and its specifics. If the project and the specifics are a good fit for you, we will make an appointment for the location professional associated with the project to scout your property. Once both parties have agreed on the project's specifics, we will generate a contract on your behalf for your review and approval.
As your representatives, we understand your concerns and are committed to protecting your interests. We ensure that your needs and the rules and regulations you set forth are included in the contract before you sign. Our role is to negotiate the best possible rental fee and we only work with insured and reputable companies. We offer the unique service of free marketing to our exclusive clients, handle all inquiries and technical scouts, manage payments and security deposits, and provide site management during rentals. This comprehensive support gives you peace of mind and confidence in our services.
From start to finish, we handle everything. This means you can relax and let us take care of the details, knowing that your property is in good hands.
We will contact you with each worthy inquiry/offer and provide all the specific information such as budget, rental period, number of people on the property, and areas of use. Once you agree to all the conditions, the production will need access to your home for multiple scouts. All scheduling will be arranged by EPIC Locations, Inc . Once your home is chosen for an upcoming shoot or event, an EPIC Locations, Inc. representative will be present to ensure that both parties adhere to all contract points. EPIC Locations, Inc. adds a 30% fee, which the production will pay by adding the cost on top of your agreed-upon net rate. You will receive your funds and certificate of liability insurance before any filming activity on the property. For your protection, we always collect and hold a negotiated security deposit for any overages or damages. In addition, the production will be required to provide a certificate of liability insurance, which lists the homeowner as an additional insured. In addition, we provide a professional site-representative.

If EPIC Locations, Inc. agrees to represent your property, we will contact you and provide a representation agreement.
By submitting your online application, you represent that:
1. You are the property owner or have the legal authority to act on behalf of the owner.
2. You are the owner or copyright holder of all photographs submitted with your application.
3. All photographs submitted with your application remain the property of the photographer or other copyright holder, and you grant EPIC Locations, Inc . and its affiliates the right to use the images without compensation.
4. You understand that submitting the online form and photographs does not create a represented relationship unless EPIC Locations, Inc. expressly accepts your application.
5. By submitting photographs of your property, you grant permission to EPIC Locations, Inc . and its affiliates to utilize the photographs to consider whether to represent your property and to present the photographs to Producers, event planners, location scouts, and others to determine the property's interest to them.
6. Upon acceptance of your application and entry into a representation agreement, EPIC Locations, Inc. and its affiliates may use, display, copy, post, publish, exhibit, and/or distribute the photographs for marketing and promotional purposes in any form, including but not limited to, electronic, print, digital, and electronic publishing via the Internet.
7. Any photographs submitted with the online application will not be returned to you.
